Terms of Service
Last updated July 25, 2026
Who we are and what BSonar is
BSonar is operated by Arbitoz Capital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered to do business in New Jersey. These terms are the agreement between that company and the organization using the service; using BSonar means you accept them. BSonar monitors the public SAM.gov API operated by the U.S. General Services Administration and public state procurement portals, and adds tracking, analysis, drafting, and related tools. Workspaces connect their own SAM.gov API key.
Not a government service
BSonar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. General Services Administration, SAM.gov, or any government agency. We are an independent commercial service that reads public data. We do not guarantee awards, complete coverage of published notices, or any agency action; a notice can be missed, delayed, or scored incorrectly.
Eligibility and accounts
BSonar is for authorized business use. You must be at least 18, able to form a binding contract, and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your authorized users, credentials, workspace content, and activity under your account, and should notify us promptly of suspected compromise.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass access controls, disrupt or overload the service, scrape it abusively, introduce malware, resell or share access outside your workspace without our agreement, misuse third-party data or violate the terms of the sources BSonar reads, or use the service unlawfully. Do not submit classified or export-controlled material.
Subscriptions, access, and cancellation
Monitoring and Full Access are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe, and displayed amounts are monthly list prices unless stated otherwise. Paid features require a subscription Stripe reports as active or trialing; there is no payment grace period, so access to paid features stops when a subscription becomes past due, unpaid, paused, canceled, or incomplete. You can cancel yourself in Stripe's Billing Portal under Settings → Subscription, which takes effect at the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Promotions, credits, and tax
Stripe Checkout may accept eligible promotion codes on subscriptions, including percentage discounts or limited free periods. Promotion terms shown by Stripe control, codes have no cash value, and a discounted subscription renews at the then-applicable amount when the promotion ends unless canceled. Prepaid draft credits are one-time purchases consumed as drafts complete; a consumed credit is not refundable, and unused credits have no cash value. Taxes may be added where configured or required.
Your content and our service
You retain rights in content you submit and grant BSonar the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and back it up to provide the service. You are responsible for having permission to submit it. BSonar itself — the software, interfaces, branding, and documentation — remains ours; these terms grant a right to use the service, not to own any part of it.
AI output
AI-generated assessments, fit scores, and proposal drafts can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing anything the service produces before relying on it, pricing from it, certifying it, or submitting it to an agency, and a qualified human should make the final call. Nothing BSonar produces is legal, contracting, or professional advice.
Availability, third parties, and suspension
The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. Government sources, Stripe, email, database, AI, and other third-party services have their own terms and availability. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or investigate misuse. You may stop at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your workspace.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will surface every relevant notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSonar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, missed opportunities, or procurement outcomes. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The updated version is posted here with a new date and applies going forward; continuing to use BSonar after a change means you accept it.
General and contact
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, with the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, are the entire agreement about the service. Questions about these terms may be sent to sales@quietcraftsolutions.com.
